The venue can comfortably host up to 100 guests indoors, with virtually limitless capacity for outdoor celebrations. Booking and Policies
PAYMENT TERMS :
Weekend access (Friday-Sunday) - $2995; Sunday-Thursday weddings - $1500. Non-refundable deposit - $750. Security deposit - $500. 6% sales tax. Remainder due 30 days prior. Event insurance required.
AVAILABILITY:
Now booking for the 2025-2026 Wedding Season.
BOOKING PROCESS :
Contact for a venue tour, review and sign the contract with a $750 deposit. Final walk-through and payment arrangements two months prior.
PREFERRED VENDORS:
Couples can use vendors of their choice.
ACCOMMODATION:
Convenient lodging options include nearby Airbnb accommodations in Wirt County and a range of hotels just ten miles away in Mineral Wells.
